Vision: Black women are the fast growing demographic of entrepreneurs owning 3.5 million businesses in the US but they often continue to face the same challenges they faced in corporate being ignored, undervalued, and underserved. Our goal is to provide support to our clients on their journey to generational wealth with a culturally competent advisor when they need it most. We support our clients through education, compliance, and advisory services. We support the community in attaining their financial goals through our ongoing non-profit partnerships.

I was inspired to start my own firm after working for Colorado Department of Revenue and seeing how much taxpayers needed quality tax advice irregardless of their socioeconomic status. Many taxpayers that came in simply didn’t understand how taxes worked. Although I initially obtained my MBA to pursue management my love for numbers and attention to detail lead me to taxation.

Enrolled Agents are America’s tax experts! We are licensed directly through the Department of Treasury: IRS. We study and take extensive licensing exams based entirely in US Tax Law. Unlike CPA’s we are licensed nationally and can serve US taxpayers across the world.

I became an enrolled agent to help taxpayers through tax debt relief. Many of whom were business owners that were steered in the wrong direction after receiving poor tax advice. My experience as a tax examiner means I know exactly what documents you need to get your matter settled quickly.
