Accounting services can be purchased hourly, per transaction as a clean-up, or as a flat monthly retainer fee as part of bundled services.
Tax Prep starts at a base flat fee per return that increases with complexity of your situation for tax compliance.
Tax advisory can be purchased annually with unlimited hours or hourly throughout the year.
Tax Resolution is a hybrid of flat rate and hourly retainer depending upon the complexity of your situation.

I enjoy being in contact with clients once per month. At minimum once quarterly to review financial health of the business, how revenue and expenses have changed as well as discussing profitability, tax planning implementation, and general check in to see how you and the business are doing.
Using the calendar link within your client portal book your financial review on my calendar for a time that works best for you.
Our business hours are 10a-3pm M-Wed and 9-12pm Th excluding holidays.
I am also available by email and client portal for routine questions, please expect a response within 72 business hours.
During tax season when I am actively working on your return I am available by phone or text.

As with any relationship I do have expectations of clients as well.
I expect that clients will behave in a respectful and ethical manner and never engage in fraud or deceptive practices.
I expect that clients will maintain open communication and respond within 72 hours outside of tax season. During tax season communication is expected within 24 hours to maintain deadlines.
Provide documentation in a timely manner so not to cause delay in services.
Pay invoices in full by due date or make arrangements.
Failure to meet expectations may result in disengagement and forfeiture of any service fees.

Although I don’t serve a particular niche of clients all small businesses have clear similarities. Their primary concern is cash flow management.
It all starts with determining the right pricing strategy to ensure a sustainable profit margin. And requires daily involvement often spiraling to a dedicated 2-8 hours weekly for organizing financial transactions which are often skipped resulting in disorganized books and missed deductions. Even a short break from accounting can quickly lead to a backlog that feels overwhelming to resolve.
